The Flower - Animated Short - 2022

A flower meets a pesky bee. Animated by Lisa Cheong using Blender. I created the sound design and wrote the music. I wanted to highlight the characters of both the flower and the bee without giving them dialogue, so I recorded vocalizations to emphasize their distinct characteristics. I also leaned into the rubber-y look of the Blender animation and created this playful stretching and snapping back sound of the flower.
